President and Founder
The founder of Salon Inspector, who has worked in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Originally from Berlin, Germany, she graduated in 1993 from the Berliner Friseurinnung Master’s Program for Cosmetology and has been an entrepreneur in the beauty field ever since.
Because of her ability to think outside the box and her desire to protect this great industry from the lowering of standards common in most service industries, she created Salon Inspector.
Larry Herzog Butler
Compliance Expert and Advisor
Having performed regulatory and compliance inspections for businesses for the last six years, he brings an experience and eye for areas of businesses that need improvement. His goal is to perform quality inspections and recommend creative solutions for areas of non-compliance.
Joey Ramirez
Inspector
A 2002 graduate of the Manchester Beauty College in Fresno, Joey has been devoting his time and energy in various areas of the California beauty industry.
His passion for the beauty biz has led him to Salon Inspector. Joey is eager to “sweep up” the industry, to create the space in which clients feel comfortable and safe, and practitioners have the opportunity for ongoing professional growth.
Stephanie Harmatz
Executive Assistant
A rare Los Angeles native, brings her diverse background to Salon Inspector. From her experiences as a psychotherapist, to her involvement in the entertainment industry, and of course some work in the beauty field she has spent her fair share of time in salons and spas.
Aside from keeping everything running smoothly, Stephanie maintains Salon Inspector's technology base. Her goal is to champion immaculate, high quality, fabulous salon and spa services for one and all.
