MEMBERSHIP


Salon Inspector offers memberships in four different levels, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond.  The salons and spas participating in our program, choose the membership for their establishment depending on how often they want us to inspect their business.


Silver

Silver Program members receive two Salon Inspector inspections and inspection reports per year and a Salon Inspector seal of trust to post in the establishment.

Gold

Gold Program members receive quarterly Salon Inspector inspections and inspection reports, a Salon Inspector seal of trust to post in the establishment and discounts on Salon Inspector training sessions.

Platinum

Platinum Program members receive monthly Salon Inspector inspections and inspection reports, a Salon Inspector seal of trust to post in the establishment, Secret Inspector service and a discount on Salon Inspector training sessions.

Diamond

Diamond Program members receive monthly Salon Inspector inspections and inspection reports; a Salon Inspector seal of trust to post in the establishment, Secret Inspector service (2) and a free Salon Inspector training session.

SI – Single Inspection


Thorough inspection of the establishment in accordance with the guidelines of the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and Salon Inspector’s recommended best industry practices. Salon Inspector also provides the business owner with a detailed report of the findings along with recommendations to ensure compliance in the future.


SI - Standards Training


Training program for all staff members at the establishment. Covered by the training are the rules and regulations of the Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, as well as SI best industry practices and disinfection procedures in the beauty industry.


SI Undercover Client


We send one of our inspectors your way - incognito! Posing as a regular client our inspector will pay attention to the details your real clients experience every day. Salon Inspector has developed a set of issues which are addressed by the undercover client, but the salon owner is welcome to add specific areas that are of interest as well.


    Diamond Membership


  1. •Monthly unannounced inspection of the premises (documentation of failures of compliance with SI standards and guidelines)

  2. •Monthly written report, including if needed photos of compliance issues, if any are found

  3. •One SI - Standards training Session for Staff (90 min.) Salon Inspector certificate, including all attendees names, for display in establishment.

  4. •Free listing on Saloninspector.com, where company name, address, website, membership level and “member since” is displayed.

  5. •Salon Inspector Seal Of Excellence to be posted on entrance door, indicating chosen program and year of participation.

  6. •Two secret shoppers per year to evaluate level of service, including written reports on service.


Platinum Membership
